I stayed in a Family Premium 5-beds room, and it was spotlessly clean and really spacious! The room was designed to accommodate our family comfortably, although it had an old-fashioned look. We had ample space to relax after our days at the parks.

Club Lounge Delight

The Club Lounge access was a highlight of our stay! The breakfast buffet was available from 6 AM, featuring delicious pastries and bottomless fresh juices. The afternoon tea and dinner buffets were tasty, even though the choices were limited. It was a great place to unwind after a busy day.

Fun Indoor Pool

Kid-Friendly Amenities

Our stay at this hotel was bittersweet. While the location is excellent for access to the Disney parks and the room size was generous for our family, we encountered several challenges. The service during check-in left much to be desired, and some amenities came with surprising fees that felt excessive. All in all, it was a mixed experience where comfort met irritation.

The Grande Sheraton provided a luxurious experience with unparalleled service, which was a bit overwhelming for me but adored by my family. The suite was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect choice for a special occasion. However, the dining experience fell short with mediocre food quality and limited options for Western tastes, particularly for the price we paid. While the location was ideal for Disney, the service could be more relaxed.
